Pat has experience working with licensed professionals and their professional liability insurance carriers in a variety of settings, defending against claims of malpractice or unprofessional conduct.  He has appeared before multiple state licensing boards on behalf of his clients and represents his clients at every stage of the proceedings.  With each matter, he provides thoughtful, effective advice to his clients to help them navigate the legal and disciplinary process.

Pat graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and is admitted to practice before all state courts in Arizona and Florida.  He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and the Southern and Northern Districts of Florida, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  Additionally, Pat has been admitted pro hac vice in courts in New Mexico, California and Alaska.
