Comitz | Stanley Healthcare and Disability Insurance attorney Patrick Stanley’s article on the importance and role of the advocate in the disability insurance claim process was recently published in the Winter 2015 edition of the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association’s Digest.

In the article, Mr. Stanley highlights some of the unique challenges facing doctors when they become unable to continue practicing due to medical disability. Mr. Stanley also identifies some common methods insurance companies use to justify denying or terminating claims, as well as the ways in which experienced attorneys can counteract those methods.
