Patrick Stanley Gives Presentation on Trusts and Estates to the Entrepreneurial CPAs Network
Attorney Patrick Stanley recently gave a presentation entitled “Trusts and Estates for Accountants” before the Entrepreneurial CPAs Network in Phoenix.
The presentation covered the legal requirements for creating, funding and administering a trust. Mr. Stanley also discussed the benefits of having a trust in place, explained how to use different types of trusts to meet clients’ specific needs and objectives, and addressed the steps to take upon a settlor’s death and the importance of forensic accounting and asset tracing in trust litigation.
